Quick-Fit® Sealed Ducting

Designed for machining and any other operations which create oil mists, Nordfab QFS Ducting can significantly reduces risks of leakage from ducting. QFS features laser welded and caulked duct (solid seams eliminate leakage) and double sealing at ductwork connections. Ductwork is available in galvanized and stainless steel construction. Nordfab Sealed Duct System (QFS)

Nordfab offers QFS™ Sealed Duct to protect against leakage in ducting used in ventilation systems where oil mist and smoke are contaminants. The key components of the Nordfab® QFS system are: leak-resistant seams on the ductwork, QFS Gaskets applied to the duct ends at the joints, and QFS O-ring for the Quick-Fit® Sleeve.

QFS Oil Mist Recycler

Nordfab's Oil Mist Recycler captures most of the mist near the pick-up point and returns it to the machine. ø 3" to 12". Galvanized or 304SS construction.

QFS™ Gaskets is applied to duct ends where Quick-Fit® ductwork will be clamped together, providing an extra-tight seal preventing leakage of oil mists and coolants. Recently re-designed for easy installation and to eliminate need for adhesives. ø 3" to 24". General purpose oil resistant polymer.

The QFS™ O-Ring is used with the Quick-Fit® Sleeve to provide a tighter seal in Nordfab Sealed Duct systems. The O-Ring performs well with many oils and chemicals, and can’t be damaged by flexing and twisting. ø 3" to 24".

The QF® Drain Back at hose connections prevents oil from leaking from the hose onto machinery. ø 3" to 12". Galvanized steel construction.
